Along with breathing and movement, Qi gong practice includes meditation and visualization.
This ancient practice 'The Inner Smile', is a qi gong classic. It combines the power of visualization and the mechanics of breathing, with the physiological benefits of smiling. Working with this technique we cultivate a powerful sense of well-being from the inside.
We will learn a simple yet profound 10 - 15 minute practice. Used regularly, this can have a huge impact on mental, emotional and physical health.
