Rest Gathering for Caregivers with Jenn Allen

Caregiving is one of the most generous acts a human being can offer — and one of the most depleting. Over-doing, over-giving, burnout, and exhaustion are not signs of weakness; they are signs that you have been giving without replenishment. This 2-hour gathering is designed especially for those who spend their days caring for and tending to: parents, grandparents, teachers, nurses, environmental stewards, and those tending to themselves through chronic conditions. Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling like yourself again.

Please bring a cozy blanket or pillow, your favorite tea mug, a mat, journal & pen.
